The results of the Department of Commerce final determination issued
November 30, 2004 in the investigation of shrimp imports from Vietnam
and China are as follows:
Vietnam:
Camimex: 4.99%
Minh Phu: 4.21%
Sea Minh Hai: 4.13%
Kim Anh: 25.76%
Separate Rate "All Others": 4.38%
Countrywide Rate: 25.76%
Out of 34 non-mandatory companies that applied for separate rate status,
29 companies received such status. The companies that were denied such
status were: Hai Thuan, Ngoc Sinh, Nha Trang Fisheries, Phuong Nam, Truc
An. Companies denied separate rate status will be subject to the countrywide
rate.
China:
Allied Pacific: 84.93%
Red Garden: 27.89%
Yelin: 82.27%
Zhanjiang Guolian: de minimis
Separate Rate "All Others": 55.23%
Countrywide Rate: 112.81%
Out of 53 non-mandatory companies that applied for separate rate status,
35 companies received such status. Companies denied separate rate status
will be subject to the countrywide rate.
